Overview

The first start of our tour is the Royal Palace of Cambodia. It’s a complex of buildings that serves as the royal residence of the King of Cambodia. It is located in the capital city of Phnom Penh, on the banks of the Mekong River. The palace was built in the 19th century by King Norodom and has since been the home of the Cambodian Royal Family. The palace complex consists of several buildings, including the Throne Hall, the Royal Residence, and the Silver Pagoda. The Royal Palace is open to visitors and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Cambodia.

Next, we will visit the National Museum of Cambodia is a large museum of cultural history located in the country’s capital, Phnom Penh. The museum is the country’s leading historical and archaeological museum and houses the world’s largest collection of Khmer art and artifacts. The museum’s collection includes more than 5,000 artifacts from the Royal Palace of Cambodia, as well as a large number of Buddhist sculptures and paintings. The museum also houses a library and research center and offers a variety of educational programs for visitors.

Then, we continue to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is a sobering memorial to the victims of the Cambodian genocide. Also known as simply Tuol Sleng, the museum was formerly a school that was turned into a prison and interrogation center by the Khmer Rouge regime. During the genocide, an estimated 17,000 people were tortured and killed at Tuol Sleng. Today, the museum stands as a powerful reminder of the tragedy that befell Cambodia during those dark years.

We will go to the Central Market, also known as Phsar Thmey, is a covered market located in the heart of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The market was built in 1937 in the Art Deco style and is one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks. The market sells a wide variety of goods, including clothes, souvenirs, and food. It is also a popular spot for tourists and locals alike, as it offers a glimpse into Cambodian culture and history.
